A Flash Of Brilliance

I haven't been able to complete much in the way of paintings lately, just a few finishing touches and adjustments to some pieces before going into a framing frenzy, getting ready for a busy July. So yesterday I decided to dash off a lively watercolour to keep my hand in, finishing off today.

I think the silver gilt frame and black mount I have chosen bring out the colours a treat.
