Keeping Busy

I've not added a lot to my blog of late so here's a quick update of what I've been doing with myself art wise.

The sharp eyed among my followers may have noticed I've had a bit of a tidy up and re-vamp at my Mighty Fine Art website. I've erased a lot of my older and sold work and shifted all of my giclee prints across to a companion site called Mighty Fine Art Prints the two sites are linked together at the menu and this enables me to much more easily keep things up to date and under control.

So now I'm continuing my efforts to drive traffic to my sites by updating and improving the content on many of my other on-line pages.

Here is something my previous customers may like to help me with. A while back I added Mighty Fine Art to Freeindex a UK free business directory. I would really appreciate it if you could submit a rating/review of Mighty Fine Art which will help me get feedback on the services I provide and move me up the rankings on the site which in turn will help with my search engine ranking. Just a few words will suffice.

If you are happy to write a review, please click on the following link or paste it into your web browser:

Meanwhile, I have ordered a nice new selection of prints to add to my range, which hopefully will arrive within the next day or two.

I will be furiously mounting and wrapping these in preparation for my next show which is at the Stowmarket Carnival this week end. I'll be there on the Sunday 17th July all day, in my own little marquee (hopefully close to the beer tent) on the recreation ground. I did this event last year and it was tremendous fun, even though not great for sales I think it was a good 'self-promotion' event which is the main reason I do a lot of these craft fairs. Even though I enjoy my chosen occupation immensely, with the freedom and laid back life it gives me, being shut up in my studio for long periods can be a bit sad so it's always great to get out and talk to people, get some feed back, socialise and hopefully steer a few more people to my websites.

The following weekend I will be at Hollesley bay Suffolk Punch Stud for 3 days. I hope to get a good selection of photographs at that one for future reference. I'll add a few here too. Then it's back to my favorite craft fair in Southwold (next to the brewery) where I usually do well.
