Ol Pejeta Charity Auction

I have donated this original pencil drawing to be auctioned off for the Ol Pejeta Consevancy
Click here to go to the auction site.

It's framed and ready to hang, low starting bid. Brilliant cause. Auction is on until 31st August.

The Ol Pejeta Conservancy, East Africa’s largest black rhino sanctuary, has dedicated itself to safeguarding this endangered species and more. In the face of increasing poaching pressure in Kenya, Ol Pejeta  is constantly evolving new and innovative ways to upgrade its security.  While the overall answer to the poaching crisis would be diminished demand for ivory and rhino horn, this is a more long-term goal. In the meantime, it is vital that conservancies hold the line. Current wildlife populations must be kept steady or face extinction. To this end, Ol Pejeta has established an anti-poaching canine unit. This is a well-trained canine force primed to counteract the poaching menace that threatens the very existence of Africa's most majestic animals.  The unit is comprised of tracker, patrol, assault as well as multi-role dogs and their specialized handlers. They are crucial to the work of conservation.
The Ol Pejeta Charity Auction is brought to you by White Paw Training to raise funds for the expansion of the dog section and the establishment of a canine centre of excellence. This would allow not only the  animals at Ol Pejeta  a greater level of protection from poaching but the facilities to offer dog and handler training and canine first aid courses for other conservancies across Africa.

A good opportunity to own an original pencil drawing of mine at a lower than usual price, knowing that every penny you spend will go to help prevent the persecution and slaughter of some of our most magnificent but highly endangered animals.
